Attorney Rakhlin and a small group of attorneys were chosen to represent over 2,000 defendants facing drunk driving charges who consented to take the breathalyzer test. Attorney Rakhlin and the other speakers will be speaking about, among other topics, officer training regarding breath testing and machine maintenance the periodic test of the breath test machine, reading and understanding a breath test ticket, getting the most out of discovery, strategies for challenging test results, and a Q&A session.
Not every attorney has the skill set required to challenge this specialized this type of evidence. If you are a defendant who took a breathalyzer in Massachusetts, it’s important to retain an attorney like Irvin Rakhlin who has the training and experience needed to zealously protect your rights.
