Upcoming Seminar on Understanding Breath Testing in Massachusetts

Attorney Rakhlin is honored to be serving on the faculty of the upcoming MCLE (Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education) seminar on understanding breath testing. In our previous blog post regarding the Draeger 9510 breathalyzer test, we wrote about the case that Attorney Rakhlin and his elite team of colleagues worked on last year. Attorney Rakhlin and a small group of attorneys were chosen to represent over 2,000 defendants facing drunk driving charges who consented to take the breathalyzer test.
